Recruitment Policy

Our approach to assigning members of staff to work placements, is to endeavour to place the most suited member of staff to each individual placement.

We personally meet all candidates (face-to-face) to allow us to learn of their knowledge and experience and to gauge their personality.

Feedback

Following each placement, we encourage you to provide any feedback for each member of staff that you wish to. This feedback allows us to further develop an understanding of what each member of staff is like with the school environment and measure their performance within different educational settings.

Meeting Your Staffing Needs

From meeting candidates personally and continued feedback following placements, we’re able to make informed decisions regarding the placement of staff – allowing us to provide you with the highest quality service possible.

Dedicated Point of Contact

You’ll be assigned a dedicated Supply Cover Co-ordinator who will be your point of contact and it will be entirely up to you which method of communication you would prefer to use. Whether you prefer to call, text or email, your Supply Cover Co-ordinator will be on hand from 7am each morning to provide you with an excellent, bespoke service to meet all your supply needs.

No Commission

Our staff work on a salary that is not commission based. Why is that important? Well, that means that it’s not within their interest to just place ‘bums on a seat’ for the sake of securing a booking. If we feel we don’t have anyone suitable for the placement, we will communicate that with you and happily turn the work down if we need to. We only provide staff who we feel will meet your needs and excel within the outlined placement.

No Finder’s Fee

If we place a member of staff with you, who you feel is a great fit for your school and you’d like to offer them a contract, that’s fine with us – and we won’t charge you a finder’s fee! We understand that budgets can be tight, and we wouldn’t want to place any barriers to more secure employment for our staff – getting people into permanent work is part and parcel of what we do. On average each term, we have 7 to 10 of our supply staff recruited directly by schools.
